For certain questions and requests, the Personnel Security Screening Unit at SEPOS is not the appropriate point of contact. Below you will find an overview of the competent authorities for the respective sectors and categories of persons.

A) For employees of the federal government, the cantons, members of civil protection, employees of the Swiss National Bank, nuclear facilities, and critical grid infrastructure companies (Swissgrid) who perform security-sensitive activities within the meaning of the Federal Act on Information Security (Bundesgesetz über die Informationssicherheit, ISG; SR 128), and for employees of companies that do not require an Industrial Security Declaration (ISD) to fulfil a contract for the federal government or the army:
